Meghan has 20 years experience as a massage therapist. Her base is Swedish and she incorporates Trager, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, and treatment massage as needed. Meghan has worked with a variety of clients to help address their needs. These range from professional athletes to geriatric clients as well as motor vehicle accident injuries, post surgery, relaxation, and pregnancy. "My intent for every massage is to customize technique, focus, and pressure to best suit the client's goals for the session."
